With a choice of individual or group programmes (tailored with individual content for each candidate) the TSP expert will assess, guide and encourage every candidate through a series of tailored coaching and mentoring sessions on how to be their very best.

The THRIVE program is a 4-step program created to deliver results through a personalised and tailored approach that combines proven frameworks and methodology through personalised coaching and mentoring sessions over an agreed period of time (usually 3-6 months)
As well as working to the THRIVE program format and setting the individual on the road to success, the candidate will have access to their TSP expert throughout; weather that's to ask advice, pick their brains, share good news or just let off steam!

Individual Program £2,600 (+VAT)
Group Program* £9,500 (+VAT)
(£1,900 / person)

*Based on >5 people. Each candidate will receive 121 coaching and mentoring as per the Individual Program.

In this session your TSP expert will get know the candidate:

6 x 90-minute 121 sessions in which we focusing on the following:

Step 2 - Goals & Objectives
In Step 2 we agree and set clear goals and objectives for the individual that meet:

What's required of them to optimise the program

What milestones of success and improvement look like

30,60,90-day business plans
At the end of Step 2 each candidate with have a clear and agreed personal development plan (PDP) and framework to work to.
